The Vision

This estate-scale project was designed as a complete outdoor living program. A long vanishing edge draws the eye across the property, while a covered pavilion extends the season and creates a true second living room outdoors.

The limestone terrace ties the pool, kitchen, and home into one continuous material language, and the outdoor kitchen was engineered for full-scale entertaining.

Building at Estate Scale

Coordinating the pool, pavilion, kitchen, and hardscape required detailed sequencing across five months. The payoff is a seamless environment where every element feels considered and connected.
